KUK Filmproduktion GbmH has already been successfully producing 3D films for more than eleven years. We have developed a complete work-flow from capturing to postproduction for all areas of stereoscopic film production. We are regarded as one of the most prestigious leaders in the field of 3D in Europe.
3D Live
We were responsible for the 3D production and direction of the 3D transmission of the FANTASTISCHEN VIER live concert in Halle, which was the first live 3D concert globally broadcasted and was seen in 91 cinemas across five countries; this also means that we produced the first ever full-length 3D cinema production in Germany.
3D Recording Technology
We are fully equipped with the necessary tools and experience for all types of stereoscopic recording, such as 3D high speed, 3D macro, 3D time lapse, 3D helicopter recordings, 3D on-board recordings,3D steadicam and many more.
3D On-Set Postproduction
Our 3D PIRHANA workstation enables on-site 3D viewing (via a 3D display or 3D projection), 3D editing and 3D rectification in real time, as well as the creation of back-ups and proxies on the fly.
3D Postproduction
We are fully equipped with all resources for the entire 3D post-production work-flow: from offline to online, compositing, colour correction and the encoding into the relevant screening format.
3D Consulting
Every step of a 3D production, from story development to shooting and post-production, needs expert planning, which we are able to deliver, due to many years of experience in the world of 3D.
