3D documentation of the German national teams training for the World Cup 2010.
KUK Filmproduktion GmbH documented the German national team in South Tyrol exclusively with 3D technology by Sony Professional. The results of the extraordinary filming were seen at the DFB press conference on 27 May.
“3D filming on the playing field is more vivid and real,” says national team manager Oliver Bierhoff: “Sony joined us and filmed for a few days during training. We are impressed by the initial 3D recordings. We are delighted that Sony has supported us with the extensive technical possibilities for these images. We now have to evaluate internally how we can use this innovative technology in the future for training analysis.”
